The Seniors' Services Directory contains over 500 listings of community resources and was first published in 1995. Members of Seniors Serving Seniors served on the first Regional Seniors' Services Directory Committee, comprised of representatives from the Capital Regional District, the Greater Victoria Hospital Society and other related seniors' agencies. Following distribution of the 1995 publication, Seniors Serving Seniors took on sponsorship and produces and distributes the publication every 2 years.

  Services to assist people to live independently including homemakers, and volunteers.

• Housing
  Seniors' housing options, landlord/tenant dispute resolution, and home relocation services.

• Legal Resources
  Information on legal resources, consumer protection, Office of the Ombudsman, and the Public Trustees Office.

• Meals and Nutrition
  Grocery and meal delivery, community meal programs and food banks.

• Medical Equipment and Supplies
  Businesses and agencies offering communication aids, incontinence supplies, specialized clothing, medical equpment and mobility aids.
